I am heading into work in a few short minutes, but I wanted to blog before I leave.
Things seem shakey with the whole rent thing - even IJ does not know if he will be able to make the $215 monthly rent. Really, that is not much. I was talking with him last night about how Mom does not want to clear out the closet of all her comforters and sheets, blah blah blah, and how she does not want him hanging up posters and such, and he basically told me he could go somewhere else to rent a room. He said he could find a better place that includes all utilities and letting you do whatever you want to the room, and that he could find one and be out in two months tops. OK, I understand having use of the closet - I consider that part of the room that is being rented, of course - but I did not agree with all else he was saying. You are telling me that someone will rent out a room to you for a similar price as us and let you have free use of all utilities AND food? Not to mention transportation, which I am going to discuss with him. I understand the guy needs to catch a break, but if you are not willing to conform to the rules of this house, then by all means, find a different place. We have been just fine without others' rent money (which we have yet to see from you), and we will continue to be fine, even if we lose this house. Really now, what's $215 compared to the thousands of dollars in debt we are?
